well, the cowl hood for my 86 is pin on. i have these moroso hood pins i got from summit a while ago. are they any good? if so, 2 is all i need correct? i was just goign to use the stock latches in the back so its not a lift off hood, or should i make it one?

If the hood is a pin on it almost always takes a pin on all 4 corners

I had a lift off cobra r hood for my 89. What I did was used four pins. I put two in the back through the latches and two in the front where the radiator support is. I could use it as a full lift off if I needed to or I could use it as a normal hood with latchs in the back. If u got questions pm me

yeah bro, you gotta pin on all 4 corners. If you try to use a hinge, it'll break off the fiber glass!

Yep the only way around that is to weld the hinge to that side of the mounting bracket with the hood in position though its rigging it in my opinion
