One with cats should pass smog, but there's a slight chance you'dfail the visual. but this guy would have to know his stuff pretty well and be a dick. My buddies 98 passed no problem with a bassini x with 2 high flow cats. so not only is the pipes different, but hes only got 2 cats instead of 4.
