what do you do to keep it in good shape?

you've had four what? so is it pretty easy to service a transmission? what all is involved besides changing fluid>

I got an AOD and I mostly use it on the freeway from livermore to sac or livermore to danville. dont really do to much stop and go drivin! What do you think!
