Hello all . . . there will be a 2005 mustang get together/cruise on Saturady, May 14th, 2005 . . . We will all be meeting at the Park and Ride in Berkeley (7th and folger ave) at noon . . . at 1:00pm we will start out by going west across the bay bridge and then on to 101 down the peninsula and then on to 84 across the dumbarton bridge and then on to 880 back to the park and ride . . . everyone is welcome to come but they are limiting the cruise to just 2005s . . . please contact Deryn @ 707-312-1165 if u wud like to join us for the cruise . . . I hope to see sum of u out there!

I wish it were up to me to say that ALL mustangs cud come . . . cuz I think it shud b all stangs no matter wat year . . . but anyone is welcome to hang out with us at noon for coffee at the park and ride? . . . c ya there?

No offense, but I could go to Dublin Ford and see 20 '05's sitttin' next to each other. Chekcin' out all respective year Stangs is what it's all about on a cruz. IMO

Actualy we have about 15-17 ppl so far . . . and good luck finging 20 GTs lined up at a dealership . . . cuz thy all have none! . ..

Dealers have plenty of those cars in stock and If I wanna see a buch of 05 mustangs cruzing out of a parking lot all at once all I have to do is hang out at a San Francisco air port rental car lot entrance. since watching a bunch of 05 mustangs can get boring real quick, atleast by going to the air port, I can turn it into an air show by watching all the jets fly over head! Can your 05 mustang cruise offer that? No!!

Hey just an update i talked to the guy that is putting this run together and he has changed his mind and now ALL YEAR mustangs are welcome! . . . so any stang owners are welcome to come out . . . hope to c sum of u there!

No, actually I was getting enough of a following with just the 05s. I figured 15 was a pretty good start considering I'd never done anything like this before.
But since there has been a great demand on such a great idea from many websites and local Mustang clubs, I've decided to open this up to all Mustangs in the Bay area.
If any of you want to help with overflow parking from the park & Ride in Berekely it would be greatly appreciated. I've got one member working on a place to stop in the south bay for a photo op.
I'm working on a t-shirt design that I'll be offering if I get enough interest. (more that 25 shirts spoken for).
Since there has been a lot of talk on this thread about going on a Gallop Around the Bay on your own, why don't we just combine our efforts and our passions for such a great car. Regardless of the year.
I anxiously await to hear, positive, responses. The negative responses will be a waste of your time and mine.
