I ran a new best of 12.09@113. WIKD 281 flaked and got dyno tuned, and there was a lighting that ran 13.0@104. I'm very happy with my car.

Thats awsome! I haven't heard of a SOHC 4.6L GT running so hard with bolt-ons on DOT tires. What 60 ft did you get? Are you still on the stock lower control arms? You're just .1 seconds away from 11's!-Sawson ------------------ My Stocker LX "I bet what happened was, they discovered fire and invented the wheel on the same day. Thats awsome.... I thought you took out your stereo stuff after your 12.2 pass and got a 1.6X 60 ft? Maybe I misheard. Anyways, you've got one fast stock long block 4.6L GT.... maybe the fastest in Northern California? -Sawson ------------------ My Stocker LX "I bet what happened was, they discovered fire and invented the wheel on the same day. Swason, I had my stereo in the whole time. I'm not gonna run until my dyno tune next month. My car was like it normally is except for tires.

Gabe, I would love to try that pulley, but I'm afraid of going lean. I added a 3.47 pulley and a AFM power pipe to get those .4 tenths. I have an appointment w/ Byron in mid Feb. I was just happy that I was going faster than al those LS1-com. guys. Do you think a 3.33 will lean out my car to much?

well it all depends on your fuel system and how many #s of boost your running. i would probably wait till after your tune to see what kinda shape your in.or you can just take it to the tune w/ you and swap it on if everything checks out ok..------------------ gabriel.... 98 cobra convertible 501RWHP,12#s,pump gas, stock long block..NOW broken

Brian-Great Times! What happened to your 60' times? I am pulling 1.85 on Nittos. With lower 60', you could have broke into the 11's. Anyways, congrats to you. Great work. ------------------ -Matt 98 Cobra - Project: Budget Cobra 85 LX

Matt, Did you ever get that Pro-M dialed in?

No, I think it might be an O2 sensor problem. I think Manny said that he has a couple spare ones so I am going to try that before I race. I have a hard time believing that both my MAF meters are bad! Right now, my Pro-M is supposedly calibrated correctly but who knows, I am not saying that it is not causing the problem. I will definitely keep you posted, plus, I can't wait to get rid of this check engine light. It's annoying!------------------ -Matt 98 Cobra - Project: Budget Cobra 85 LX
