Look at Tom Zebra in Southern California verbally man handle cops that don't apply the law equally ----- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l9N_bAHw5uY
[worship]
Tom Zebra is courageous! What a patriot. Yes he mouths of to cops. Does that make it okay for cops to only enforce laws for some people and not others? America has a two tiered justice system. Two tiered justice means no justice. Shouldn't laws apply to all people regardless of who you are? This is how crooked Hillary is free and making millions today. This is how fat cat bankers robbed the American economy of billions by causing a collapse and never went to jail. There is a different kind of justice, a different set of rules for the rich and powerful than there is for everyone on this forum; you.

'If you look at the last decade in the United States, what you'll find is this extreme systemic leniency, really impunity for the most powerful people in this society at the same time you have complete, harsh and brutal punishment for those of us that are marginalized and powerless.

The most powerful factions in our society, the political and financial factions, have committed literally the most egregious crimes that exist. In the case of Wall Street, precipitating a world wide financial collapse that destroyed the economic security for literally billions of people based upon systemic fraud. Not a single one of those people responsible for any of those massive crimes have been held accountable in any way or any kind. (Banks have foreclosed on the homes of more than 10 millions Americans since 2007) (Nearly 9 millions Americans lost their jobs from the recession) In fact, these people have been aggressively protected by the very institutions that are charged with enforcing the law, beginning with the justice department and on down. (Elite bankers prosecuted for fraud: ZERO!)

By contrast, at the very same time you have a massive prison state. By far the largest in the world, in terms of number of prisoners and proportionality. (The United States has over 2.2 million people behind bars, the most in the world) Ordinary citizens, people who are powerless and marginalized, are imprisoned for longer periods of time, with less forgiveness, for more trivial transgressions than almost any country in the world. Certainly more than any country in the West. (Clarence Aaron: 3 consecutive life sentences for driving a car for drug dealers. It was his 1st offense) (Timothy Tyler: Life sentence for selling LSD to a police informant) (Stephanie George: Life sentence for having her boyfriend's lock-box of cocaine in her attic.) It's really the antithesis of what the rule of law was intended to preserve, which was we're all accountable by the same rules, regardless of our power, position or prestige. And that's what I mean by the two tiered justice system.'

[patriot] Go Tom Zebra!

What crime is instigating ? Tom Zebra was just filming in public on his homeland. It was the police that first instigated communication with Tom.

The lesson of this video is in America laws are enforced not because of what you do, but because of who you are. The definition of injustice.

How to stop police retaliation?

Use common sense and try not to break the law. Don't be a dick to LEO's while they're trying to do their job. Understand that LEO's don't always agree with some of the laws on the books. They are a buffer between you and the court system. A lot of cops will reduce a ticket to a smaller fine, or a verbal warning if you conduct yourself as an adult.
Being honest when your pulled over is the best way to avoid escalating the traffic stop/interaction.

Sorry, but BULLSHIT!

Mother fuckers pulled a gun on me, clearly lied in his own police report, proven by the clear video I took AND by the other officers interviews. They lost the mediation, lost both motions to have the case dropped, THEN they lost their motion to have said cop not be held personally financially liable, resulting in their paying me an agreed upon dollar figure to make the case not go forth.

They are buffers!?!?

Some are good, a lot are bad. The worst part is the good don't often speak up or come forth regarding the bad.....

Had more positive encouters than bad ones. My borther in law is also a cop so I've gotten to see what they have to deal with on a day to day basis.
I remember your video. From what I remember, yiu were having issues with your neighbors about parking boats and cars all over the place.

I remeber Dave was all over your ass about it LOL.

I mostly agree with this. The second cop was one of the ones you described. The first one was on a power trip. I appreciate you handling these posts as an adult. Even though we don't agree on everything, I respect how you conduct yourself and hold your positions honorably.

You remember what!?!? None of that was EVER an issue, my cars in the garage and boat stays in the driveway.

Do you remember the cops sworn statement vs the clear video?

You don't have to, those and other things got me paid in essence. Police corruption is FUCKED

Dave was all over my ass? Oddly, because of my video, that was "Daves" last day as a cop on the streets....I

fredfifty ----- I like what you say. The police are only crooked because the people above them are crooked. Did you hear about when the FBI groomed a retarded 17 year old boy that couldn't even tie his own shoes? Right after his 18th birthday the crooked FBI arrested the retarded boy for so called terrorism. It wasn't bad enough for the parents to have to raise their child with the bullying and harassment for being born mentally disabled. The FBI had to go bust this retarded kid to keep you safe in their so called war on terror. Who knows what kind of damage this retarded kid could have inflicted as soon as someone tied his shoes for him in the morning so he could go to school and get teased all day.

Berkeley area citizens, have you seen crooked officer Sean Aranas take this street vendors cash last week?-------

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5oOwA_-g4Nw

the local CBS news did a story on it ------

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JocghuPuDrk

You believe this crooked cop? He asked to see the hot dog vendor's ID, when the vendor took out his wallet, crooked cop Sean Aranas snatched the wallet and actually says this is "Law and Order in action." Cops can do that now that the lying crooked attorney general Jeff Sessions has relaxed civil asset forfeiture laws. Police can take what ever you have and the burden of proof for innocence is on you to get your property back. Is this justice?

Officer Sean Aranas is notorious for keeping the community safe by ticketing a student that rudely told him he shouldn't be riding his bike where no biking signs are posted.

Two tiered justice system. There are laws you have to follow and a different set of laws the rich and powerful follow.

Don't pull out your ID in a position where crooked cops can grab your wallet to steal your cash! Be safe everyone.

"Law and Order in action" [Roll Eyes] Someone needs show this crooked cop Sean Aranas justice.

Shocked. They seized this guys Ford F-250 truck for taking pictures of a bridge with his phone. 2 years later, they won't give it back!

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/09/20/has-asset-forfeiture-gone-too-far-truck-seizure-case-sparks-outrage-call-for-change.html 5 bullets and a magazine he forgot about called "transporting munitions of war." [Roll Eyes]

This is not justice. The authorities are out of control. Laws are only enforced to the lower and middle class. Which one of you voted for this last November?

I got more information on crooked Berkeley cop Sean William Aranas. Seems he lives in Walnut Creek and is 51 years old. Birthday 01/04/1966

 -

When did you start living in a country where dirty cops can ask to see your ID and grab your wallet when you pull it out? Then they grab all your cash and tell you to go to court to prove your innocent before getting your money back! Is this how laws work now? You're guilty until you prove yourself innocent? What happened to American freedom?

Guilty till proven innocent is the way America rolls. trumpsters love it because they're so damn patriotic that the country couldn't do a single thing wrong, especially now. It literally blows me away by their train of thought. I'm not sure if they're serious on most of their replies or they're just that stupid. [Confused]

Did you watch the video? The so called public servant Sean W. Aranas grabbed someone's wallet and snatched the cash from it. His victims have accused him of rape and molestation in the past! Read------

https://www.indybay.org/newsitems/2010/06/13/18650576.php

Crooks like Sean Aranas should know there are consequences for their dirty deeds. I'm told he has become aware of some of these consequences personally [Smile]

Hi Sean.

I'd like to see Tom Zebra go through the police academy. Maybe if he was taught about everything an officer has to take into account, what it's really like conducting a traffic stop. Having to properly judge the body language of the driver....... Then having to to deal with some overzealous man videotaping the traffic stop. Now that officer has to take into account if this is a bat shit crazy person off their meds, a disgruntled felon, or maybe just someone who doesn't trust law enforcement. Maybe this person with the camera has a gun......

I understand that there are officers who break the law, have rapped women, slept with under age girls, done drugs, stolen drugs, sold drugs, worked for a criminal organization and flat out lied in court to save their ass or their fellow officers ass. It doesn't mean that a majority of officers are bad people. Calling them names and attempting to fluster them on camera isn't solving a problem, it's creating a dangerous situation for everyone present.

WRONG. Cameras are generally the only way to prove their "lies" and "abuse."

Even when clearly recorded they lie, without said tapes no one would know the truth because everyone would side with the word of a cop.....

Edit: I agree, calling a cop names and attempting to fluster them is fucking stupid. In my case, I recorded, only. No names, no hand motions not seen on tape, I just caught what happened for the record, and he completely lied about it in his public police report..... The trial judge pretty much killed him in his denial of their motionS

hidnn0s ----- where is your video?

Cameras only help if both sides record. Fake news didn't make a big story out of Marcus Jeter. Marcus was pulled over by a group of crooked cops. The lying cops acted in front of the camera saying "why did you reach for my gun" "quit resisting" so they could beat him. Marcus had his hands up and was not resisting. These dash cam videos -------
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HQB7Ukd7gfk and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DkgGZV3t7kA showed Marcus was innocent. The crooked police department hid the video from the court and Marcus was about to go to jail for years until the video surfaced. Power corrupts humans. Police have more power than ever. The cops are so corrupt today. So corrupt folks.

Stolen from a friend!
Just want to say Thank you to the brave NFL players that ran into a hot hotel with an active sniper and took down the gunman. Oh wait, nevermind, those were POLICE OFFICERS that did that. 🇺🇸
Blessed are the those who serve, especially those who voluntarily place themselves in harms way in the defense of people who they do not know!
