More lies from Joe Yates. The shooter killed himself. SWAT officers each paid over $100,000 of tax payers money a year and armed with military gear stormed a room to find a 64 year old man that killed himself. How does a few SWAT officers doing the job they get paid big money for make up for the video above where crooked cops lied about a completely innocent citizen reaching for his gun just so they could gang beat on the citizen? We should all follow the same laws. The same laws that apply to powerful people like cops, the rich and politicians should apply to you. They don't.

Cameras only help if both sides record. Fake news didn't make a big story out of Marcus Jeter. Marcus was pulled over by a group of crooked cops. The lying cops acted in front of the camera saying "why did you reach for my gun" "quit resisting" so they could beat him. Marcus had his hands up and was not resisting. These dash cam videos ------- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HQB7Ukd7gfk and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DkgGZV3t7kA showed Marcus was innocent. The crooked police department hid the video from the court and Marcus was about to go to jail for years until the video surfaced. Power corrupts humans. Police have more power than ever. The cops are so corrupt today. So corrupt folks.

Youtube, type in Don Rohnert Park Police and it's the 5 minute video. Compare that to the officers own police report.
Question though, why are you here, on THIS site?

We destroyed him during his deposition, as well as killed his lies while deposing many other officers. The trial judge denied multiple motions they filed to try and have the case simply dismissed. Then they filed a motion to not have David Rodriguez held personally financially liable. The trial judge himself in the document/denial noted he questions the officers honesty and reason for being there that day. They ended up paying me to avoid trial a week before the trial was to begin.
Their lawyer 100% knew the officer was lying, as was proven, but as their lawyer, he continued to represent him/their side.
That day I recorded him was the last day he spent on the street as an officer. They ended up hiding him in the fire division until his birthday when he noted he chose to retire with the highest pension possible.

I am not sure of what you are asking. This site has been amazing since I started posting. I've been getting thinly veiled threats from a police detective in Tulare County for publicly voicing American peace officers should not be using war weaponry against their own citizens as they have in recent years.
The manipulative cop has failed to Hatch a reply to my concerns. I don't know what his problem is. I have a lot of respect for the good cops in California. They do hard work. It's true police have lots of problems and they’re bringing those problems to us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists... And some, I assume, are good people.
Next I was getting trolled by member 4492 Joe Yates. Joe started to impersonate me by changing his name to be a fraudulent version of mine with an additional letter a at the end of it. This forced me to out Joseph Yate's real identity and form a coalition to dig up significant truths about him. Fraud, abuse, racism. Inside and outside of his work place. Read the thread to see of all the filth people gave up on Joeseph Mark Yates. What a nasty man. We're not even close to being done with Joe.
So far this site has been awesome! [ 2017-10-17, 03:56 AM: Message edited by: Martinna ]

Your Uncle Sam® doesn't care about what I or you have to say. You have to be rich and powerful to have the current state of democracy work in your benefit.
quote: To those that defend cops, FBI and other police forces. Ever think these officers are the tools of the powerful and corrupt? The elite politicians, generals, CEOs and bankers of your country never go to jail no matter what crimes they commit. Police are the way in which force and power is applied and asserted by the rich and powerful. Ironic police officers themselves are also the victims. They're the ones whose salaries are being slashed, whose pensions are being stolen. Their economic security is being destroyed along with everybody else. They are not welcome in the circles of the elites, because they are not elite. But to the extent they are operating as the arm or weapon of the elite class, then of course police are people who commit egregious crimes all the time. Cops are protected by the court system and by the law. With rare exception officers are subjected to punishment. But not because they themselves are privileged, but because cops essentially act as the guards of those in power, there is an interest to shield police from accountability. They get elite exemption when they act to service and protect the interest of the elite. And that's what you're seeing, cops being able to use this excessive force with out much consequence or punishment. And this is the definition of a two tiered justice system. Equality and justice for some.
