I'm working on a 67 s code coupe. Paintbos done, need to decide what I'm doing for interior. 390 has heads, cam, intake. Got some Maier racing control arms, subframe connectors and a panhard bar.

Better suspension geometry, it does Raise the car back up an inch or less. But also doing this raises the spring rate up also 100lbs; so you can run softer springs. so if your running 600 springs they go up to 700lbs and would also need bilsteins SPORTS to compensate(that is if your coils arent cut already then spring rate is elevated) or drop to progressives, GT or eibachs which i believe are 350lbs - 550 lbs spring rates.
Doing the 1in pech move with Arning/shelby drop might put the car anywhere from 1/4 -1/2 in taller if done together. heard people with Longtubes that scrap helped with with speedbumps and driveways. you still get the benefits of the Arning drop and better spring and shock geometry. for 64.5 - 73 stangs cougars ect
so i guess on coilover setups it is about a inch out further than "stock" which makes coilovers the "best" overall to correct

On 89TRUNKS pic maybe a 302, Ive seen FItech on BBF, SBF, SBC/BBC, Dodges, with no Problems.. there is "support" Page on Fb for the FItech the biggest problems I've seen is are all user Errors on setup or just doing not to smart things like placing the fuel command center over headers with no heat shielding, not checking or replacing Main Grounds, bad wiring, wrong distributors. I plan on using an FItech 600hp with boost; my current 351w wont need it, but just planning for growth afew years away..

I haven't put any miles on it, starter solenoid took a dump on me and I haven't had time to fix it. Its a mild 347 with an s trim waiting for it. I used an in tank aeromotive setup so I'm not having the command center fuel issues.

^ What made you decide on the 9.2 deck? Did it give you the best rod ratio you were looking for?

Because it was the very first iron eagle dart block that summit carried.. Hind sight. I would of waited the extra 4 months for the 9.5 deck to come out...

Yeah, good looking 4 eye. What master cylinder did you use for the 5 lug swap? How does the brake pedal feel compared to stock?

Thank you, I didn't notice the compliment.
I used 94/95 Cobra master cylinder and brake booster. Took a little bit of work to get it to fit. What helped me was trimming down two studs about 3/8" so I wouldn't have to beat my strut tower so much. Pedal feels way better than what it used to that's for sure, and the car can actually stop! One thing I highly suggest is always make your own brake lines. The premade ones that I paid top dollar(because you can make it for 1/4 of the cost) for I threw away and only kept the fittings because 1. they weren't bent right 2. they put the wrong two fittings together. Now it's sitting good with no rub thanks to NRC brackets and axles and got 285/35/18 Nitto 555R in the back to always be ready for fun.
