I know not the most sought after 347 stroker build but thought I would post results for those that were curious about them. The car is a full weight 67 Mustang coupe. The motor is there 415 hp crate.
Car went 12.63 at 108.

Good times, maybe bigger carb, and 3" exhaust will probably wake it up a lot more.

Yeah carb runs great but a bit small. He has a Holley 750 dp that is going on soon so we can see the difference. Needs some big n lils for track duty as these 17's are tanks. Should run some low 12's after that hopefully.

Seems a little slow for a 347. Especially in a light car.

I'm curious to see what he'll do after the new parts. On my 347 I'm running ported Edelbrock RPM heads, 670 Holley DP, Victor jr intake and going to change the headers. Gives me hope to break into mid 12s. [ 2015-05-09, 01:46 PM: Message edited by: 66_5.0 ]

Your top end sounds good. Alot just depends on the total combination. What cam, trans, converter, tires, gears?

Custom grind cam, T-5, BFGs, and plan on 3.73 gears. I have stock right now and I know that won't last long

You still running the 8" rear? If so a buddy has a near new set of 3.55's he might sell.

Ok cool. I don't think they make 3.73 in the 8". From the 3.55 goes to a 3.80.
