I know him personally. Real good friend. Family man. He is not that type of dude. He recently purchased those off somebody not too long ago. Fox is super clean tho for anyone wanting to do a v8 swap.

I generally don't trust anyone who can't spell....generally. However, just because your friend is a "good family man" doesn't mean the guy he bought them from is; or who he hangs with.
Maybe the guy he bought them from could shed a little light on the matter since these happen to be rare wheels.

Regardless if they are his wheels or not. I told the man(dirty sally) already. If he wants em he can probably buy em off him, he is getting rid of the whole car. Why not make an offer on the wheels. He ain't gon get em back just cuz they are his wheels..

If they were his, he would be entitled to them back if he could prove it. Which he couldn't. But a realt stand up family guy would ask, what are the tire brand/type/sizes? If you have a match then you have an obligation to do something to make it right. Be it getting the person who sold him the rims involved, or letting the guy get his property back if the OP could bring him some 10 holes to sit the car on.

Those are Kenny's rims and the person selling this pos 4 banger with blown engine and sewer rat interior needs help with his alphabets because that car is pretty worthless except for the rims which belong to Kenny. 4 banger shell is super costume in good conditions

In handy and make your search for your items much easier.
No need to jump to conclusions and say " those are his for sure blah blah blah". I've seen a teal 93 and red 93 with the same wheels at meets, so others will have the same wheels.

Yea your right nobody should. But if I was in my boys situation, unless there is some fucking legal document or something that says I have to give them up otherwise . I better get cashed out for what I paid for and be willing to work some sort of deal. I wouldn't lose money just cuz someone lost their rims. Makes no sense. If I pay $500 for some rims and it so happens to be someone's stolen wheels. Bring me some fuckin wheels I can sit my car on and some cash and u can have em. That easy. NO HARD FEELINGS TO THE OP. ANYWAYS. I TALKED TO THE SELLER AND HE BOUGHT THE WHEELS FROM SOME GUY IN FRESNO. HE SAID TIRES ARE 245/45/17. BASED ON WHAT HE TOLD ME.

Exactly. People are so quick to jump into conclusion. Makes shit really complicated. I'm pretty sure those aren't the only rims in the east bay/South Bay/peninsula etc... He said he is willing to work something out if it were his. He knows "Kenny" from oreileys?...

This is a joke, there is no way you can prove its his wheels, they look similar... SO WHAT! We all have similar parts on our cars. Also regardless if the guy is a good person or not, he shouldn't and will never give the rims back, he paid for them they are his.
Agreed if the Rims are that rare, he should be able to say who he bought it from and help Kenny out.
