Here in Sacramento the city of Folsom a few years ago was told that they need to build more section 8 housing and Apartments. When their mayor and council asked about it they were told, "Because everyone has the right to live in a nice neighborhood". This country is backwards man. Having to put 20% down is a considerable amount of money & would require a lot more at stake for the home owner. <br /><br />I'm not saying I'm 100% against FHA loans. Hell I might be doing one in the future. But I also don't plan on buying more home then my wife and I can afford on ONE of our incomes.
