So I finally decided to get some home protection and picked up a springfield 1911. Excited for these ten days to be over, heres a picture of her lemme know what u guys think..

Thanks guys. It was a Lil over a grand but its all decked out it has nite sights too that u cant see in the pic. Gun looks so much nicer in person.

I woulda had a Kimber 1911 but the wait was like 6-9 months a couple yrs back , ended up with a sig p226 and a bushmaster AR15

Ha@! I bought one too from Triple A. 1911 MC Operator Loaded. I was just there yesterday and the day before. I had to retake my HSC test and get a new card because mine was expired.... We were probably there together... I pick it up on the 16th.....10 day wait is BULLSHIT and feels like FOREVER

The 1911 pistol is IMO the best pistol ever built. I own several. My primary and first 1911 is a Springfield 1911 TRP Stainless. The best pistol in my collection at the moment. Its sentimental to me bc I have always liked the 1911 profile, and when I decided to finally purchase one a few years back, I chose the TRP. So as my first 1911 she will always be with me until the day I die, and my first born will then take it.
Good choice on that pistol of yours. You will love it.
