if you listen to his cds and not just his radio singles, he's got some sick flows, i'm sorry i didn't realize the editing board for the source magazine frequented this site.

Soon as rap stopped being the voice of the street, it was doomed.

there's so many different styles, gangster rap is pretty much dead, the hyphy bay shit is still going on I guess?, what's the "in" sound now are these college genre rappers, mac miller, wiz khalifa, sam adams, it's music, so everyone has a different opinion on it.

All I listen to are mixtapes/albums. I hate the radio, the radio killed "good hip-hop music" ...I make music as well, and I can say easily that he is no where near a good lyricist. He knows how to make catchy songs and he can rap, but lyrically, he's "ehhhhhh"
Not trying to start anything but people have these "lyrically/lyricist" words misconstrued. [ March 10, 2012, 05:27 PM: Message edited by: jaehow23 ]

I'll take any of these gentlemen over any "lyricist" you can name...with the exclusion of Lupe and Styles P.

Like I said, once rap got away from its roots. It became watered down. It went from selling tales to selling fantasies. Sad.

its funny you show this pic. last week while I was in training a buddy of mine from Sac was saying that Lynch is suppose to tour with D12, which will be good cause it will give a lot of those sac guys exposure to a whole different group of listeners.
