This particular one was for running through an intersection, failure to stop. CVC 21453(a)<br /><br />Anything I can do to get out of it? I went to court and pled not guilty. They scheduled a court date and I went and told the officer it was not me driving. He asked who was driving and I told him I didn't know. He told me he didn't believe me and I shrugged my shoulders and stayed silent. Ive been looking for a law that says that exact thing but cant find it. Ive heard some of you guys have used Ticket Assassin before so I went to go check it out.<br /><br />It says that if lets say person A gets the ticket in his/her name but person B or C was driving, then person A can plead not guilty.
