Go to the main menu, hit settings, search for the update, and install. Comes with diffierent rosie, status and drop down bar and the app stroll is 3D. I Evo is rooted and have been running the 2.3 for sometime now. Have fun with it for a few months utill the HTC Nexus S III drops at sprint @ Christmas time. Yes, I said HTC Nexus, not Samsung. It will be the first device with 3.1 AKA Ice cream sandwich. Have to manually download it to you PC and then install it into you SD card using your data cable. Its a leak and use at your own risk so I wont link it here. Just wait till Monday guys. It only Gingerbread.
