Tubular A arms & front coilovers is about another 30-40lbs of weight savings, but the K member is the main weight saving mod up front. Just make sure you dont DD the car because those K members arent built for daily punishment....

So you didnt meet me on Arden and then try to race me up a freeway onramp with a 5 car leadoff and get passed before you made it up? Guess I started a rumor then. What was I thinking. Theres no way a stock Z06 could take a bolt on GT...
Just to verify. You definately NEVER raced THIS car? Nothing to be ashamed of. Far be it from me to say I felt it was a fair race but damn, no reason to be dishonest about what happened. lol
Oh and 2stangs, Ill just have to give you a bye run this time. This car doesnt run 10's. [ December 16, 2008, 01:25 AM: Message edited by: 514 Mullet ]

ive been beat plenty of times, my car is no race car by any means. im not sure i ever race you when i had just bolt ons, that was over a year ago. But i know for a fact i never raced when i had real mods done to the car. not just some exhaust.

You had everything you have now except the blower. By the way, change your "beat a Z06" video to beat a C5 coupe. Thats not a Z06.

How much money did that Zoshit cost? How much money does ugotsmoked have into his? For as much money as you spent on that car I could have built a 9sec street car and still have money left over Keep up the good work the engine compartment looks great. Are you going to spray it with the booster and all the wiring in? [ December 16, 2008, 02:17 PM: Message edited by: white88 ]

I dont see the relevance of what it cost. But there is a little irony in the owner of a foxbody referring to this car as shit wouldnt you say? I mean what would that make say, a 1988 GT? lol
And Ive said this before but whenever the argument of price difference comes up its pretty pointless to use. If you had the money to put all the XXX amount of difference into a Mustang then guess what, you wouldnt have purchased a Mustang in the first place. So having a car that's worth more money and is a better car all around is a bad thing? I fail to see your point... I guess all of those guys who buy Ferarri's and Lambos should just kill themselves...they could have had 8 second Muscle Cars and have like $200K left over....but instead they went out and bought bad ass cars...
and no I'm not comparing a vette to an exotic....
