I would go with the KB just cause it keeps true to what kind of motor/setup the cobra came with (i.e. supercharger on top/blown 4.6 motor). Too much fab work has to go into a 2003 cobra IMHO. An intake has to fabbed up, tubes etc. The KB makes plenty of power with room for upgrades. Keep it supercharged IMHO ![[patriot]](graemlins/patriot.gif) [ April 20, 2006, 12:33 PM: Message edited by: CLEEN 50 ]

depends what your goals are with the car. if money isnt a factor and you're looking for more than 600rwhp go with the turbo, otherwise the kb should suit u fine.

KB would be cheaper and easier to install. You can also make really good power.
However, the twin turbo setup would be bad as fuck and make bass ass power
Have you seen the latest issue of MM&FF? They have a killer write up on the new Hellion Kit for the 03/04 cobras. 800+ HP w/ 24PSI

I like the twin turbo idea, but in reality the twin trubo kit is about $8K and i'll cost you about $5 or more in labor.
The KB well its about $5K and i'm sure you can install it your self in a few hours........

if you don't want to deal with paying somebody off for smog every 2 years and not being able to sell your car in CA I would go with a KB. Or a nice big intercooled centrifical blower if it is legal. JMO

Twins. Because, getting blown twice is better than getting blown once. Especially if it is at the same time. ![[Whoo Whooooo!]](graemlins/woowoo.gif)

I don't agree with that. If you have the money go TT FOR SURE!! Turbo cars run cleaner anyway. Plus I think the hellion comes with carb stickers. I always got my turbo cars to pass with flying colors. Just have a good a/f mixture tuning device like an AFC or something similar and you'll be able to adjust all the settings and get her to pass smog easily.

The only thing I would be personally worried about is a front collision... I wonder if the INS companies would cover the turbo?

what is the EO number on your turbo kits to make them CA legal? on a mustang. it doesn't matter if you agree with it it is the smog person who needs to agree.

If I were you I would go with the Kenne Bell, do you really need 800+ HP, isn't 600 more than enough, I know it's always more, more, more but in reality you want the car to be drivable.
Turbo is nice, it is expensive but is hell of fun to drive, twin turbos aren't your only option, it sounds nicer, it's a ton more work and you can get the same results with a single kit.
Turbo is better than a supercharger hands down, if you want to be different get a turbo, it's all up to you man and how deep your pockets are. $25 grand can go awfully quick if your not doing all the work yourself.

All yellow94gt and other mods have done is volunteer their time to help other people buy/sell parts, learn how to make their cars go faster and meet fellow enthusiasts. I'm a hater, but it's hard to hate on these facts.
