I would go with the KB just cause it keeps true to what kind of motor/setup the cobra came with (i.e. supercharger on top/blown 4.6 motor). Too much fab work has to go into a 2003 cobra IMHO. An intake has to fabbed up, tubes etc. The KB makes plenty of power with room for upgrades. Keep it supercharged IMHO [patriot]

depends what your goals are with the car. if money isnt a factor and you're looking for more than 600rwhp go with the turbo, otherwise the kb should suit u fine.

Two Of anything is never enough. It is always better to have two boobs on a chick, shit its always better to have Two chicks with two boobs each. I say go with the Twins and don't look back!

Oh yeah on another note, your car will never ever ever look bettr with out the bumper then when it does with TT.

KB would be cheaper and easier to install. You can also make really good power.

However, the twin turbo setup would be bad as fuck and make bass ass power [Big Grin]

Have you seen the latest issue of MM&FF? They have a killer write up on the new Hellion Kit for the 03/04 cobras. 800+ HP w/ 24PSI [Eek!]

twin turbo without a doubt. that shit ripped em loose in 2nd and 3rd like it was nothing.

I like the twin turbo idea, but in reality the twin trubo kit is about $8K and i'll cost you about $5 or more in labor.

The KB well its about $5K and i'm sure you can install it your self in a few hours........

if you don't want to deal with paying somebody off for smog every 2 years and not being able to sell your car in CA I would go with a KB. Or a nice big intercooled centrifical blower if it is legal. JMO

Twins. Because, getting blown twice is better than getting blown once. Especially if it is at the same time. [Whoo Whooooo!]

I don't agree with that. If you have the money go TT FOR SURE!! Turbo cars run cleaner anyway. Plus I think the hellion comes with carb stickers. I always got my turbo cars to pass with flying colors. Just have a good a/f mixture tuning device like an AFC or something similar and you'll be able to adjust all the settings and get her to pass smog easily.

The only thing I would be personally worried about is a front collision... I wonder if the INS companies would cover the turbo?

what is the EO number on your turbo kits to make them CA legal? on a mustang. it doesn't matter if you agree with it it is the smog person who needs to agree.

If I were you I would go with the Kenne Bell, do you really need 800+ HP, isn't 600 more than enough, I know it's always more, more, more but in reality you want the car to be drivable.

Turbo is nice, it is expensive but is hell of fun to drive, twin turbos aren't your only option, it sounds nicer, it's a ton more work and you can get the same results with a single kit.

Turbo is better than a supercharger hands down, if you want to be different get a turbo, it's all up to you man and how deep your pockets are. $25 grand can go awfully quick if your not doing all the work yourself.

why go kb ? whipple out performs the kb 2.2L . I have known friends who kb'd there terminators and the #s werent all impressive.. but my friend mike's whippled 03 is an animal. he did 600/600 on a stock clutch ! at 18psi..

Plus whipples stay cooler with there new design, kb's get heatsoaked after the 1st rev lol

not true man! what if the chicks are fat?! and the single blower is jessica alba!? jk.... anyway, i think you should go with a upgraded blower. Like people have said, do you really need that much horsepower and the headaches that come with a twin-turbo setup? Or, consider doing a big single turbo set up.. [Confused]
