Thanks for the advice from a previous thread... constructive criticizm is good.
After the new wheels were put on some advice was 'lose the stripes'.

Thanks for the compliments
Cobra kit would be nice but not in the imediate future. I'm sure I'll start peiceing one together though like I did the interior.
Hallow headrests went to the dumps along with the RED seats they were on.

condition them with what? I don't want to be slip sliding around...any particular product that will work nice. Our other cars have leather too and I've never conditioned them. Does it really make a difference?

I use meguires leather cleaner/conditioner on my seats in my exploder and my notch and the only drawback is it smells a little funny for a couple days after I clean them with it. It softens the leather up so those wear lines dont appear, and makes them more resiliant against ripping at the seams.
I try to do it once a month.
btw - car looks 1000000000000x better without the stripes [ April 17, 2006, 05:47 PM: Message edited by: blind ]

Looks great...The red stripes were different, but you can't argue with the black on black...
Great job, you've made some great progress with this car...

I took them off 1 day before the treasure island show...but never took photos because of there were stripe markings still on it.
