I work @ a bank, and it has been extremely busy these last two days. I work at a bank, so if the 1st lands on a long weekend, it's bad news. So it was hectic today.<br /><br />I get off and im driving home. I stop at a red light, 2 cars in front of me, the one directly in front of me was a '92 Nissan Pick up. I stop. I'm chilling there chewing my gum lookin' ahead and BAM, someone hits my car. For half a second I'm stunned and just got hit with the worst head ache, but that soon turns into rage. I turn my car off and hit the emergency lights and I jump out the car ready to just kill the person that hit my car.<br /><br />I step out and look back and i see 2 girls in a white Chrysler Sebring. The look of fear on the young female driver kinda calmed me down...kind of dissapointed it wasn't a guy cuz i felt like fighting someone.<br /><br />The guy in front of me gets out and comes to me asked me what happened. That's when i noticed i hit him. I tell him that the girl behind hit me and it made me hit him. I go back to the girls and they hand me a phone. I'm like "WTF?" and i grab it and say "Hello?" It's the passanger's mom. She explains to me that its her car. She gives me her name and phone number and asks, "Can you drive to me house real quick?" We can settle this straight cash! I dont want my insurance invloved" i was thought "Shooot, i can rake out more outta her probably than the insurance" but i thought nah ill play dumb and stay here<br /><br />I went to the guy from the pick up and he tells me his passenger was hurt. "She just had neck surgery, she has neck problems".<br /><br />Ambulance is called out they come and get her. The police soon come and get our information. I got the guy in front of me's whole information: DL#, plate #, insurance, address contact #. I got the girls name, the car's plate #, address.<br /><br />Turns out the girl in front of me had NO license, didn't own the car, but got permission from the owner to drive it. The police take her picture and tow the Sebring. Get a written estimate. Call the person you rearended, ask them to do the same. Take those estimates, and the police report to her insurance company. Make sure you go to the Hospital if your neck or head hurts anytime before they cut the check if so, document any and all time missed from work, so on. If this is your only car, get a rental from HER insurance company, and keep the bill. You will need all this stuff. I did recieve the name and phone number of the owner of the car that me from behind.<br /><br />I believe the car does have insurance because i spoke to the owner on the phone during the accident and she said "Can you just drive to my house because ill pay you out cash, i dont want my insurance to sky rocket" she said that becuase she didnt know that a 3rd car was involved.<br /><br />Right now im going to wait to see if my insurance can ge tin contact with the owner of the car that hit me. Have them pay you direcly or to a shop that you know the owner so you can take the money and fix your car up sick.<br /><br />Don't worry I had a 94 that some one hit me, a small damage. I took it to a body shop that I know the owner..........Long story short my car came out with a custome hood, Complete saleen kit, new paint etc. <br /><br />Ps.
