If I remember correctly, there were no 2000 Cobra's due to the HP issue (Other than the 5.4L 2000 R). Also, it looks to me like a regular GT lump.

I asked the ebay seller a few Q's:
How many miles are on the chassis and drivetrain? Why do you call it a cobra? I don't see a single Cobra part on the car. Do you have receipts? How long you owned the car?
He responds:
only 5 k on motor and trans. yes we have reciepts. as for calling it a cobra, well there must be several simularities bertween th cobra and the 2000 gt because every time we went to buy parts for her the guys at the parts store kept on saying that the parts werre from a cobra.
