The best thing to do is to eat in portions of what you eat now . I eat the same amount of calroies that I did when I was 195 lbs. The only difference is that I increased protein and fat calorie intake while decreasing my carbohydrate intake. Most people think that a low fat diet is the way to go. Not true.
