Get your protein from meats/fish, get your carbs from fruits/rice (stuff like that), get your fat from nuts/seeds....and eat veggies. One of my brothers used to eat a bowl of oatmeal with raisans and a glass of OJ and a glass of milk for breakfast everyday. It 'sounds' healthy, but it is just loading up on a shit load of carbs.
