some people must really hate the summer time, i mean jeez if u throw such a fit over a guys boxers i cant imagine whats gona happen to you hen you see a woman in a bikini or say a guy running down the road in running shorts....
if the guy was wearing a thong and you could see his ass hairs then ok but cmon. i dont agree with sagging to the knees either but i hope this guy sues the fuck out of that air line and that crew loose thier job, the next time i see a guy in skinny jeans im gona hold him for citizens arest for impersonating a woman

How is it contradictory? I don't agree that sagging to the knees looks good in anyway but if that's wt they want to do then its on them but for someone to get arressted for it is just plain stupid, the next person I see driving a riced out honda is so going to jail I just can't stand that shit!

Enough said, they don't want that shit on there plane so either pull them up or GTFO. So they made there decision.
Any business has the right to refuse service and they exercised that right, good for them.

I read it, I even re read it to make u happy, r u mad at the part where they say that after he refused to pull up his pants.he pulled them down while in his seat? As long as his cock wasent hanging then wtf is the issue last I knew that was called a non violent protest, as long as his private parts were covered then wtf?

They don't say anything of him causing any scene or anything until he got on the plane and they tried several times to have him pull up is pants then he acted out. Again sure sounds like the plane staff was doing just wt u are saying and were profiling him, ill bet u think middle easterns should be allowed on a plane either.
How about the next time u see a cop let him know u are into mustangs and just to go ahead and give u a ticket for exhabition of speed, I mean u do own a mustang so u must be a street racer

The guy is obviously causing some sort of disturbance and the airlines don't like it. People were probably pointing and laughing at him thinking he some special ed student lost in an airport. So they asked him to do a simple thing and make yourself look somewhat respectable and it turned into this

This is all that matters. He was in the wrong and they asked him on at least three occasions to pull up his pants(adhearing to there legit rules) yet he disregarded them and caused an issue on a plane. They were clearly in the right....no profiling no racial discrimation just a hard headed dude with no respect.
