I dunno Dan. I would hope a LSX headed motor that has a 71cc bowl (excellent for boosted setups) and flows 220+intake/180+ex stock and a TON of boost with a 'glide would be a runner. Stock for Stock, the heads definitely outflow a similar Windsor-based application. Nevermind stock 1.7 rockers, decent lift camshaft, etc...

I could see a Terminator longblock with a 01 Cobra intake and a single turbo being fairly reasonable to build...and will last alot longer than a cast piston/powered metal rod LSX/Vortec with a ton of boost set on KILL.

maybe 2gun should just learn to build a ford... 91 pump gas 401... is still the fastest na car on the board... and the suspention was 90% stock.. got to love stock rearend with drag springs and 50/50 shocks.. 100% stock front all metal car... basicly stock car with a 401ci and c4 3500 stall.. foot braking...

as for every one else comparing a ls1 against a 302.. come on add 40+ more cubes and 2 points of comp and see how fast you can go... shit there are builds to get 400hp with 302 ci and stock heads... wtf...

now if someone just wants to cause he wants to go for it.. but remember your on a ford site and no one is going to be nice when your trying to force your ideas on them..
