try a heat gun, thats what i always use it will get it soft then it should come off pretty easy useing all those other things people have mentioned too.

Thanks for all the suggetions. Wifes hairdryer and small/tiny spirts of WD-40 did the trick. I was pretty surprised. I've never had such trouble before getting shit off. Usually simple green does the trick or simple green with mr clean earaser but this was some devil shit.
