Thanks Evan, you seen my whole engine, you know i'm not hiding anything. And for anyone thinking i have a stroker, next time you see me at the track come and check out my stock harmonic balancer .
Hey whats up shaun. Haven't talked to you in awhile. As you can see i finally got into the 10's. The only thing i changed was we made some custom exhaust, cause ya know we have the pipe bender at the shop Other than that, the combo is exactly the same as you know it. My dad and I tuned it in a little better and it seems to be responding great. I also improved my 60 ft as well. As far as John B and Yellow94Gt calling on my combo, why don't you let them know that i'm not running no juice nor do i have a stroker, because i told you my whole combo. I guess when people go fast on here, they get hated on, and get called on them. The only reason i got on this forum was to post my time on the list, and of course all the doubters come out. But its all good, you guys can think what you want, it also makes me think that if i'm going this fast now, whats gonna happen when i add alot more inches, more boost, and a custom grind cam???????? What will happen? You will still be slower than Drew and I.
Seriously, it's all good. Congrats. Don't take what's said here on the board so seriously. You've got nothing to prove to any of us. Timeslips are all that matters.

Don't worry about it Matt. Most guys on here are simply skeptical about 'newbs' posting timeslips & mods. Nothing personal. You car is running faster than it should given the list of mods you've posted.....but we all know there's more to it than that.
I believe your best before was 11.3 @124mph back in Sept? Simply the weather change will give boosted combos 2mph. Eliminating the exhaust restrictions would be worth 15-20hp....hell, I removed high-flow cats from my cobra & gained 4mph! Then better tuning.... I believe you were not running much timing, but straight 100 octane. Adding timing with that kind of octane is worth BIG power as well.
Good job Matt!
FWIW, Matt's car is not exactly heavy....he runs a T5 which only proves that the car is lighter then one might originally think.
IMO, a solid 480RWHP is all that is needed to push this car to the times posted.....which is definately not out of the question for a H/C/I 302 w/11psi.
