I looked on the nasaproracing website but couldn't determine how much track time HPDE run groups get. Anyone ever run in one of these?

Not much. Four 20 minute sessions per day on the bigger weekend events that include the spec racing groups.
On the other hand, the occasional Thursday dates they offer is almost too much track time. Seven HDPE sessions of 20 minutes each.

Well its 4 20 minute sessions. Sometimes it might not seem enough, but othertimes by the finish of the fourth session, you want to be done anyway. You just feel tired from the long day so on. I have had great experiences with NASA and the HPDE program. They unlike other groups, ie; TrackMasters, keep the race cars to there own group for the most part.
