Im having problems in the low rpm, the car is sputtering when pulling off i say 500-1500rpm. it breaks up around 2000rpm drive ok then sputter again, i dont know how to explain it. idle is fine at 750rpm checked with timing light, timing at 13 degrees. i'll make a video.
mods ported gt40p heads and intake manifold, TFS1 cam, ford racing headers, stock aod transmission(supposely shift kit), stock gears i assume, throttle body and maf is stock, walbro 255 pump just put on.

Unplug the MAF and see if you can run the engine without it. should let you rev up without sputtering if you do
Try cleaning the MAF also. Friend had the same problem on his car. Unplugging the MAF let him rev and drive without sputtering but it will dump a lot of fuel and run rich

From your original post, it sounds like your not sure if your transmission has a shift kit or not. If it shifts hard from first to second gear and/or barks the tires, you've got a shift kit installed

it shifts fine, just sputters. fuel filter and pump are new.
ill see if caping the lines will do, because im still confused on the explorer intake vacuum line compare to the stock.
my two last guesses is intake gasket, read felpro tends to leak and car sputter.
my other guess is the cracked canister line.
