Ok so I put in new rear brake pads last night finished up and went for a little drive and the car felt like the parking brake was Engaged but it wasn't so I get off and check and it was smoking only the passenger rear tho, what could be the problem ?? Maybe the parking brake needs adjusting?? If so how do I do that ?? The car is a 2002 mustang gt any help would be appreciated

It sounds like to caliper is frozen.
