i was just wondering if there is supposed to be a rubber gromet of some sort to go around the dipstick when its put into the engine below the header?
i just dont like the idea of having a dirty dipstick not being sealed tight, and the fact that it was making a mess around the hole into my block
if any one knows it would be appreciated, thanks [ October 27, 2011, 12:08 AM: Message edited by: sneakyfox90 ]

Lil black silicone will cure what ails ya. Just clean it real good and dab a ring of silicone around the tube before you install it in the block.

just so i understand correctly, you need rubber to put on your dirty dipstick so you dont make a mess around the hole? [ October 26, 2011, 03:29 PM: Message edited by: sydewayzLX50 ]
