Okay basically I just put my new engine together and I ran into a couple hiccups building it, but I ran into some fuel pressure problems. And a problem I'm having is my fuel regulator, I'm not entirely sure where it plugs into, I plugged into my intake manifold but when I do that rpm bobs and eventually shuts off. Any suggestions?
