My pony is pulling left, not uncontrollably but it is definitely there. It is worse when reversing. I pulled both front drums and there is nothing obviously wrong. Do you think I should go ahead and have the drums turned anyway? They are not obviously scored our out of round and the shoes (riveted) still have a ton of meat on them and look good also. No fluid leaking. No real obvious trouble at all.

could be a problem with one of the wheel cylinders, check out the opposite side that pulls when you hit the brakes

a proper bleed and adjusting the drums is a start. then check the front steering , idler arm is always a problem for that if not the first couple things.

I had the same problem. Replaced the shoes, springs and wheel cylinders and it stopped evenly.
