i got a 1985 mustang 2.3 that dint pass smog because it was passing to much gas what do you think could b the problem?

lol.. sorry... had to
hard to tell, check fuel pressure, and plugs. make sure it's burning it all good, and check timing. if they dont check it... time it as low as you can (retard not advance) even if you can get away with 2*-4* less than stock it'll make a diff
