is it a real job to change that wire harness along the back of the fire wall in the motor bay??

not really, just take the upper intake off and everything is pretty easy to get to. Only PITA is getting the huge plug for the EEC out of the tiny hole in the firewall.

if the engine is out it should be a snap but if the engine is still in the car it will be a little harder, when me and jose were swaping out my stock manifold for my tfs intake, it didnt seem like it would take that long to swap the harnees

so the end of that harness just plugs in the ecu? so i should be able plug out and just plug a new one in right? also it in my going to be new 90 notch 4 bang that i might buy tonight!

maybe i will put the 5.0 or sale it as a 4 banger. is the 4 banger 5 speed different then the 5.0 right????

the 4 cylinder wiring harness for the motor is different than a 4cyl one.

I have to do the same thing cuz iam doing a mass air converison the car I pulled the harness out of had no motor so that made it easier but when i do it to my car i might take a while, but i don't think it will be too hard.
