would a blown head gasket, possibly, make my car run lean? and sometimes less resposive to throttle acceleration.

it would make it do a lot more than that. you would overheat within 30 seconds and you would have steam coming from your radiator. is your oil milky? sounds like you have a couple minor problems

Yes, much less responsive. Symptoms include: (1) milky oil; (2) overheating; (3) white smoke coming from exhaust; (4) a sinking feeling in you stomach .

yup, i have all those symptoms. however, i cant feel the problem with the throttle all the time. and the white smoke come out of my engine bay (cowl vents) sometimes at stop lights.
how bad is it to drive the car with a blown head gasket, because it has been going out for a while.
