i have a droptop LX and i was just wondering on wat company makes the lowest drop for my car??? i heard intrax then some say eibach sportlines but people say eibachs sag in time... i dont want to spend money on coilovers its way over my budget so thats out of the question and i also dont want cut coils.... so wat do u guys think intrax or eibach sportlines??? thanks in advance [ February 22, 2004, 03:16 AM: Message edited by: 89dropteezyLX ]

I would go with Eibach Sportlines. I've had myne for about three years and love them.

about an inch and a half is as low as you're getting anything without cutting. If low is all your interested in get air ride or something because from what it sounds like, you're not going as low as you want to without spending some good cash or cutting [ February 22, 2004, 10:30 AM: Message edited by: DropTopFox ]

I wouldn't go below 1.5" if I was you. First, handling might be worse lower than that, your organs will be hurting, and your tires will rub for sure, especially if you have a pre 91.
Do you really want to lower it? More than that, do you really want to lower it right on top of the tires? My car is lowered 1.5" and sometimes I wish it wasn't.

i lowered my car with coil overs at least 3 inches and it rode great

Go with Eibach sportines. I got Intrax's in this stang and they suck. I had sportlines on my other stang and they were koo. Not too low so I cut two coils
