Anyone know where i could get those breather valve covers for a 2001 GT? And would those make a difference?? saw them in a mag and thought it would cool off the valves

I ran a breather where my oil cap was and the motor actually run really rough and the #1 cyl. wasn't firing correctly. Put the oil cap back on and worked just fine.
I only think you should run breathers if you are squeezing or have forced induction.

Valve cover breathers should not be used unless you have excessive blowby. They allow unmetered air into the engine, aka air goes into the engine that doesn't go through the mass air meter.

I had one on my 95 and it caused the check engine light to come on constantly and as soon as I threw the stock cap back on it worked just fine. Pissed me off case it looked really good but made the motor not run right
