I got mine delivered today from summitracing online. How do they make these pipes? I was expecting a clean shiny piece but instead this things looks used, with dirt grease and nicks on the pipe. WTF?

Most of the nicks and scratches happen in the shipping and moving of the box. Look in the pipes and see what it looks like inside...as long as it doesn't have any coloring aside from the outside coloring, then it's new(used pipes tend to have black coating inside).
