I dont know if thats the correct part name, but its the tube that runs from the engine bay pass side down under to the midpipe...
lookin for local only..sf/peninsula area

You can get a check valve at Kragen and then buy a few feet of 5/8" heater hose. I just pulled one off my GT that has been there almost 10 years and it's still about perfect. The hose is way better than the metal pipe.

do you get any exhaust leaks from having a hose instead of a tube?
