Do yo know when you get it back from John? If it's not running by then, do you want to ride along with me?

Yes, but thats not the reason the car could be there. It is off right not having headers made and I may have it back before then. If so, what better than a Saturday trip to the track, (to spectate), to help put 500 miles on the clutch
FWIW, I would like to see a 10.999 in full street trim, (on the 18 inch DR's, etc), before I put the slicks back on and try to put all these other 347 setups back where they should be

I think I will be there. Street tires and all. Would like to get a couple of passes at least before it starts raining. Just for clarity, starts at noon, runs to 4:00, costs 45.00, gates open at 9:30. What time would be good to get there? What SHOULD I bring. I have a helmet. Is there a post for first timers I can review? (Actually, it's not my first time, but I go so infrequently....) What would you check before you leave? (I live about 10 miles from the track...) Thanks, Dennis

Well, what you need to bring depends on how fast your car is. If you have a sub 14 second car you will need that helmet.

That's a good list...
I think you'll definately need a helmet and yes it starts at noon and runs until 4pm.
See you there.
