The 109 has proven to make over 400RWHP. With the 109 you're looking at 19 degrees of valve overlap @.050. 21 degrees with the 108. I like the 109 & Aaron likes the 108. :D I think the 109LSA cam should be installed on a 111ICL, & the 108LSA cam on a 110ICL. Either way you're looking at BIG power. The 108 should make a little more mid-range torque, the 109 a little wider torque curve.
