Just to clarify, is that hose supposed to connect to the heater/coolant tube? Mines is going down to a sort of T fitting that is going to the charcoal canister.
The port coming off the heater tube is capped btw.
I ask because the pics i searched online all show that hose going to the heater tube. Also, i dont have a TB spacer because i have a 93 cobra intake.
Thanks

The T to charcoal canister comes from underneath the upper intake on the drivers side. The nipple you see near the TB has a 1/4" hose that connects to the heater tube. Is it necessary? I'm not sure but I have them hooked up. Then the other nipple on your TB connects to your valve cover. [ 2017-08-14, 02:12 PM: Message edited by: NEIGHT ]

Apparently the 93 cobra intake doesnt have water jackets for that particular hose to even function when attached to the heater tube...who has a 93 cobra intake and where (if you did) did you attach that hose off the intake neck?

good call, but I dont know why mines is going to the charcoal canister, and the heater tube where it would go, is capped off.

I have no idea it was capped. I found a picture of the underside on a 93 Cobra intake.

in this pic, it shows that hose (or appears so) routing away from the heater tube...im assuming its routed like mine, to the charcoal canister. boggles me...im guessing it can be routed either way, to the heater tube or the canister. but i dont know if ones right or wrong of it matters at all, but mainly asking for an FYI heads up come the smog visual inspection.

Hmmm, I've never seen it routed that way before I always see the TB connected to the valve cover(there's a special metal tube for that). Google "1993 Cobra motor" and you'll see they all are routed the same way as the first picture I linked. This one supposedly has 1k miles so I'd say it's just like it was from the factory.

i dont have the metal tube goin from the TB to the oil filler neck/valve cover. i have a pcv rubber hose instead. anyways, ill have to dive in a little deeper and figure out what goes/went where...
