I'm headed there in a few days to protest with my friend who is one of the last few natives in Berkeley.
It's sad man, native Indians have been getting betrayed by this government constantly.

I'm more concerned with the treatment of the animals, they should not be subjected to this.
Not sure about the other problems, if the natives don't like it is lean more towards their feelings.

Looks like Obama administration actually stepped in and stopped it; glad to see them do something before it became another "Oglala incident"
