Originally posted by Aztec 5.0: [qb] Thanks guys. It's a weekend driver. I like the 5 lug idea but would have to pay to have a lot of it installed. Paint is still good so don't have to go there yet. I live in the mountains so maybe I will go suspension and gears. Don't want to lower it because the roads here are kind of beat up. Any good springs that keep the stock height? Anyone have any recommendations on a good valve body shift kit? [/qb]
AOD's love 4:10 gears. Spend the money and have it done right, rebuild the differential if necessary, replace bearings, etc. while its open. If you want a shift kit installed, your going to go over budget and might as well have the trans gone through and rebuild if necessary. [/QB]
