1 of 2 bright atlantic blue S281 Cobra verts! I've been trying to take this off the owners hands for years but unfortunately I've got a baby on the way and no $ to spare. I have the owners contact info if anyone is interested in making a serious offer; I'm almost certain he'll accept a fair offer under the asking price.
NADA currently values these around 21k not including the offset for trim rarity. This is obviously geared towards collectors or anyone who's as much of a fan of this combination as I am. It would be awesome to see this car in CA!

If I had a car that rare I don't know if I'd ever drive it to avoid getting hit by idiots. Good investment if you have the money and space. [ 2015-04-16, 12:20 PM: Message edited by: NEIGHT ]

I don't understand the point of having a cool car and not enjoying it. ^^

The other bab saleen cobra was being offer for sale in Seattle Washington a few years back. I was going to buy her but the seller had seller remorse. He told me there were only 2 bab saleen cobra made that year and his was the only one left...the other was destroyed in an accident. By seeing the 2nd one on ebay I guess that is not true. This one is very tempting...might consider it. Thanks for posting it.

Ditto, he told me the same thing about the other being wrecked. I asked him to prove it and he couldn't, so I never gave up searching. I was REALLY close to pulling the trigger on 89, but I couldn't help but wonder if 161 was out there with lower mileage . When I tracked down the original owner (dudes dad) it was barely cresting 40K. Once his son got it, he put 20K on it; can't fault him for that, but I do thing he's nuts for having apparently driven it in the rain since, according to the Ebay ad. Why would the other owner even say something like that without proof to back it up?
