Does ebay take commission when a seller sells his car on ebay. If so, what percentage out of the sale do they take.Any other commisions they would most likely take, i would like to know. Thanks to everyone and have a good day.

Ebay has a page that tells you what the commission fees are. You'd be a "low volume seller."

For existing account holders, no listing fees for the month of April. It's a hot market right now, I listed a car and it lasted 48 hours.

how much did you sell the car for and how much did ebay take out is what i would like to know. I know theres a listing fee but i also heard they take a cut afterwords. So how much did you sell for and how much did they take? Thanks john b

$140 total. No % taken if you are a low-volume seller (less than 6 per year). Car sold for $30k.
