My freezer has a frozen puddle of water on the bottom if it. And the refridgerated section is losing its coldness. Why is this happening? Any help is appreciated.

Is the compressor getting hot? My friend says it could be cycling on compressor overload.

My folks fridge did the same thing wilson and coffe fixed it for 165 it was the thermostat switch
