My hiring manager told me once, the first thing they look at is if a person has a college degree - ANY degree - because they want to see that the person is capable and motivated enough to finish something. Regardless how long it takes, they were ambitious and motivated enough to finish it. This means alot to an employer. [/QB][/QUOTE]
