A lot of people think its an assembly line job but its far from that. Anybody looking to apply go to teslamotors.com they are using a temp agency called volt right now and if you show you wanna work they will turn you out as permanent. I don't recommend this job to anyone not willing to work 12 hour days so if you have a family it might be tough but the ot hours bring in good money. Some departments only work 8-10 hour days but like I said some are 12-14 depending on how critical the component is to the car.
